      BECAUSE    seven    ate        nine.

       7 は9 を食べちゃった。

8 と ate (英語でeatの過去形)は同じ発音です。

What's up, everyone?  Mr. Lengua here.  Today I have some riddles for you.

In English riddles, there are many "plays on words".  Be careful!

 

Here is an example:  

 

What do you call a fish without an eye?

 Answer:  a fsh.

eye and "i" have the same pronunciation.

What has 4 legs,

  but can't walk?

  What are 2 things people don't eat before breakfast?
